To my dismay, my dryer stopped working so I thought to see if cleaning the vent would help resolve my issue. I called... Al with Vent Pros and he was able to quickly give me a quote, assurance to prioritize performing a clean in the next business day or two, and followed through with an appointment time. I was very pleased and impressed with their expertise in cleaning out what turned out to be a very clogged dryer vent. In addition, Al discovered a tear in my vent directly behind my dryer, which he replaced quickly for a very reasonable price. Now, my dryer is back up and running and I am sooo thankful! His crew showed up to clean... my central a/c vents, and Al was there to supervise the first stages, couldn't be any happier with the results. To Whom It May Concern,Al and his team are excellent! They were able to come in on short notice and performe cleaning... service to my dryer vent. They were quick and efficient. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and have trained employees on what it i takes to keep our customers happy. Al has surpassed all my expectations with flying colors! Just when you think “they are just coming to clean the vent”. He did that and even more by his positive attitude and passion for what his does. Also his “aloha” spirit is alive and well and that’s hard to find even living here on Maui all my life. So big mahalo to Al for keeping my family safe from vent fires. Al and the crew showed up and got right to work. They performed the work as quoted and even moved the furniture to... access the ducts, cleaned the ceiling and outside of the ducts were dust and grim accumulated, vacuumed the floors and moved everything back to its place. Excellent service. Everything as promised. On time, courteous employees, very careful of our home and furnishings.... The manager was with the crew the entire time. We had all AC vents cleaned and coated with the Fosters 20/40 product. We are thrilled with the clean fresh air smell in our home. There was a slight odor after the coating but nothing we couldn’t live and sleep with the first night. Within 48 hours all odor was gone.read more
